Dr Glen Sheh is a Consultant Physician and has specialist qualifications in both Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation.
She attained her medical degree at University of Auckland New Zealand and completed her post-graduate training in Rehabilitation Medicine in Sydney Australia. She worked as a Rehabilitation Physician at the Griffith Hospital Rehabilitation Clinic, as part of the St Vincent’s Hospital service for a period of time. Subsequently she underwent subspecialty training in Pain Medicine at the Concord Repatriation General Hospital Multidisciplinary Pain Clinic.
She is an Honorary VMO at Concord Repatriation General Hospital (education & research only). She has been the Supervisor of Training for the hospital Chronic Pain Service between 2010 and 2021.
She also has other strong commitments to medical education. She was the deputy chair of the Education Subcommittee for the Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, Royal Australasian College of Physicians between 2010 and 2011. She has become a member of the Board of Examiners for the Faculty of Pain Medicine in 2014.
She is experienced in the management of musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain.
Dr Sheh is:
- heavily involved in the Mt Wilga Private Hospital multidisciplinary pain program (Foundation program and Elevate program).
- Academic Faculty of Pain Medicine work (Examiner and SIMG assessor).
- Past SOT (pain medicine) between 2010 and 2022.
- Accredited SIRA assessor for WPI - Spine & upper limb (Workers Compensation scheme) - Upper limb (Motor Accidents scheme)
